A circa 1992 Franklin Mint fine art plaque, with an offset lithograph on porcelain after a 1989 acrylic painting on canvas by well-listed German-American artist Peter Max (born 1937). The piece, titled Brown Lady, depicts an abstract portrait of a woman adorned with flowers, rendered in a palette of red, pink, blue, green and yellow hues. The image is signed in plate to the upper right with a limited edition remarque to the lower left. It is presented without glass in a red and gold tone wooden frame with an off-white white linen liner to the front and hanging wire to the verso. The backing paper includes a certificate of authenticity from the Franklin Mint with information about the work and artist; it includes a printed number of ‘D2B2713’ to the lower center.

- wear and fraying to linen liner; surface scratching and wear to frame; paper backing is loose.
