Vintage Mahogany Metamorphic Cabinet / Dining Table

Item Details

An antique metamorphic mahogany and marble top cabinet that converts into a full size dining table by opening the top two drawers and sliding out four table leaves and four legs. The front of the cabinet has an additional drawer and lower cabinet with interior shelving. Also included are table protection pads and a marble slab that fits on top of the cabinet. No maker’s marks. This furniture item will need to be removed from seller’s home via an elevator.

• Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is advised to bring, appropriate assistance, vehicle, proper materials, and any necessary tools to pickup.

• Please be advised, furniture items must be picked up and removed by winning bidder during the scheduled pick-up time on pick-up day. A moving charge will be incurred by winning bidders for any items not picked up. If winning bidder chooses to not have the item moved for alternate pick-up, the winning bidder will incur a disposal fee to have the item removed.

Condition

- some of the dovetails have extra space between and gaps due to age and use
- hinges are tarnished, dusty, and have surface scratches
- fading of the wood color in certain areas of the leaf inserts
