Item Details
An oil painting on canvas. This depicts a city streetscape, with figures walking past the French Renaissance buildings, with a column in the square in the foreground, and a cathedral dome visible rising in the distance. It is signed in the bottom left corner what appears to read ‘Ridelby’ however no clear artist attribution could be made. It is presented in a metallic finished wooden frame with gesso ornamentation, that is wired for hanging.

- minor edge wear to frame; yellowed varnish; crushed impasto.
