Neoclassical Style Demilune Console Cabinet

Item Details

A Neoclassical style demilune console cabinet. The mixed wood case features a demilune top above a machine-dovetailed, floral-inlaid drawer over a pair of doors. The burled fronts are fitted with brass tone knobs and festooned handles and the doors open to a two-shelf interior. The center drawer and doors are flanked by fluted stiles with floral-carved capitals as well as conforming side panels inlaid with floral urns. The cabinet rises on turned, stop-fluted legs and the back is stamped ‘9279’.
