A 1967 hand-pulled color lithograph by well-listed French Modernist, Bernard Buffet (1928 – 1999), titled Couple of Birds. The image depicts two green birds perched on a twig against a paler green backdrop, rendered in Buffet’s typical heavy black lines. Artist signature is printed in plate to the upper right. This work is mounted under green matting, behind non-glare glass in a beveled wood frame with a speckled gilt finish, equipped to hang.
