Hepplewhite Style Mahogany Vanity

Item Details

A Hepplewhite style mahogany vanity. This vintage piece features a framed mirror on a swivel between turned and reeded posts, with a carved floral crest with pierced Gothic arches. The mirror rests on the vanity top, with ovolo corners. A carved wheat spray accent is above a serpentine front drawer over the leg opening. The leg opening is flanked by a stack of three dovetail jointed drawers to each side, with oval brass-toned pulls. It has turned and fluted styles flanking the drawers, and rises on splayed feet.
