Japanese Porcelain Ginger Jar

Item Details

A Japanese ginger jar. The porcelain jar has hand painted decoration with gilding depicting foliage and temples. A decorative woven portion can be found on the center of the jar. Marks on the underside read ‘Real Imari China Hand Painted’ alongside ‘Shūhō’ (秀峰) and ‘Arita’ (有).
