A collection of six offset lithographs after military paintings by Jim Ryan and Richard E. Thompson, four of which are signed by the artist. Included are four prints after paintings by Jim Ryan titled Soldiers of Iron, Preserving Freedom . . .Today’s Warfighter!. First in Support – Focused on Warfighters, and Always Ready. Each depicts scenes of army soldiers in combat and each is signed by the artist in the plate. The latter two prints are also signed by the artist ‘Hooah! Jim Ryan’ to the lower right. . Also included are two identical prints after paintings by Richard E. Thompson of military helicopters flying over a middle east city. They are titled ‘VUIT-2 Streaming Video Networking for the Battlefield’ to the lower margin and ‘Lockheed Martin is printed to the lower right. They are signed in the plate and by hand to the lower right. Each of the six prints has a ’Department of the Army,’ seal to the lower left.
Condition
- minor wear to edges and corners; each tends toward rolled state; light wrinkling.
