A late 20th-century French style marble top chest by Mariner Furniture, Spain. The chest appears with a beveled mixed marble top, floral decorated porcelain plaques with brass ormolu mounted around the top band. Single door construction with satinwood marquetry inlay and a large figural brass medallion to the door. Single door construction with interior shelves and a single top drawer both with working locks and the original key. Ornate figural ormolu accents the piece throughout.
