A color etching with aquatint on paper titled Night Moods. This print depicts a nighttime scene of a horse-drawn carriage being ridden through a park silhouetted by the light of oil streetlamps. The backdrop to this scene is a line of city buildings with lit windows and a purple sky streaked with black clouds. It is signed ‘Sorenson’ to the lower right corner, titled to the lower center, and marked as an artist’s proof. The artist’s last name and title of the piece are written to the verso. The print is presented behind a double mat and glass in a gold tone painted frame that is wired for hanging.

Condition

- minor smudge marks throughout mat; minor smudges and residue throughout glass; piece is crooked in frame; some wear to frame includes paint, scratches, and stains scattered throughout.
