A brown transferware_Phileau_ tureen with underplate. This Aesthetic Movement piece is by G. W. Turner and Sons, in Tunstall, England. The Phileau pattern has illustrated panels of flowers and landscapes with a bamboo border. It is marked on the underside, circa 1880.
