Item Details
A signed oil painting on canvas board of Texas bluebonnets, dated 1945. Signed by hand appearing to reading ‘Shirley Lebowitz’ and dated to the lower right corner, the painting depicts a dirt path surrounded by the blue flowers and trees. The painting is presented in a gold tone wood frame with a wire present to the verso for hanging purposes. The painting is accompanied by a magazine clipping and a newspaper article about bluebonnets.

- slight edge wear to frame; minor paint residue to painting (notable in partially covering signature); torn paper backing.
