Set of Hand-Painted Chinese Bowls

Item Details

A set of four hand-painted Chinese bowls. Each bowl has a scalloped rim and slightly bulging ribbed sides. They are hand-painted with a red design along the walls containing white and gold tone flowers and leaves, and a blue foliate design to the center. Each are marked to the underside with a Chenghua reign mark, however, they were produced during the 20th century.

Condition

- some losses to gilt accents; light markings and scratches.
