An antique ‘North Wind’ face hall chair. This intricately carved chair features a thin, shaped back with a carved North Wind face to the top over a vasiform back with applied carvings and scrolled incised lines. Its seat is carved and incised with wind-like lines and rises on shaped legs with applied carvings to the front; the back support appears as an extension of the back and features applied scrolled carvings.
