Vintage Aluminum World War Two and Boy Scout Mess Kits

A collection of vintage aluminum mess kits. This collection includes a boy scout mess kit n the form of a wire handled jug with removable lid, as well as three World War Two-era mess kits in the form of a pot and pan set, a pair of lidded dishes with storage grooves for flatware, two knives and a fork. The aluminum pot and pan set was made in the USA and is marked ‘The Boy Scouts of America.’ The lidded dishes are marked ‘Carrollton MFG. Co. 1965.’
