An original stone lithograph by well-listed Cincinnati artist Glen Tracy (1883-1956), titled Milking Black Betsy. The image depicts a woman sitting in a low chair, milking Betsy as she eats her breakfast with the chickens in the middle of the barnyard. A compositional delight, Tracy writes in pencil to the lower margin, ‘I concider (sic) this my masterpiece – from 6th stone.’ Artist signature is printed in playe and signed in pencil to the lower right. This piece is not framed, and is presented in a clear acetate sleeve.
