A watercolor painting on paper of a rural landscape, signed ‘S.W. Saunders’. This work features a large white farm houses surrounded by autumnal foliage, barren trees, and hills silhouetted in the background. A couple anonymous figures visible to the left walk across the field. The painting is signed to the lower right. It is presented behind acrylic glass with beige matting, in a white and gold-tone wood frame.

- some smudges marks throughout mat; smudges and residue throughout glass; wear in frame includes paint loss, scratches, stains, and discoloration throughout.
