Made in Western Germany, this vintage ‘Rolly Toys’ plastic clown has a menacing expression with an up-turned nose and a yellow feather atop his squeaky hat. The bottom of the toy is weighted so as to bobble but not tip over (in case you want to punch him).

, some paint loss on the blue buttons.
