Eight Vintage H. Charles McBarron Jr. Military Offset Lithographs

A collection of eight vintage offset lithograph reproductions of original paintings by very well-listed American military illustrator Hugh Charles McBarron, Jr. (1902–1992) from a series titled U.S. Army in Action. The prints depict various view of soldiers in battle. A title and descriptive caption are printed to the lower margin of each, along with a seal for the United States of American War Office. The color prints are each signed in-plate. Instructions for framing are printed to the lower edge; the prints are presented without matting or framing.

Condition

- papers are quite yellowed. Ripped pinholes to corners from previous hanging.
