An original oil painting on board by listed artist Antonius Henricus ‘Toon’ Koster (Dutch, 1913-1989). The painting depicts a winter landscape depicting humble cottages near a canal, with a very dark, brooding sky. It is signed by the artist to the lower right, and is presented in a narrow gilded wood frame with a wide linen mat or fillet. Ready to hang.
