Item Details

A limited edition 1986 cast bronze sculpture by listed contemporary sculptor John Jagger (California/Texas; died 2012), depicting two toucans perched on a gnarled branch. An edition of the sculpture was featured in Jagger’s private exhibit titled Falcon’s Nest, and original pamphlets, paperwork and information from that exhibit and the purchase of this sculpture are included with the piece. Artist signature and date are signed in mold and the sculpture is incised with edition numbered 1/25 near the base. The sculpture rests on a polished limestone base lined with felt pads to the bottom.

Condition

- cracked marble base. Light accretion on sculpture.
