Early 20th Century Sterling Silver Minaudiere with Tassel

Item Details

An early 20th century European sterling silver minaudiere featuring a black tassel. The bag is cylindrical in design and has a unique melon hued guilloché finish. When the glass cabochon clasp is opened, it reveals two covered chambers. A mirror and frame insert is on one side while a hinged lid on the other side opens to two separate chambers. The sterling 925 mark and hallmarks are present to the interior.
