An oil painting on mounted paper by artist Rod Pittam. This Impressionist painting depicts a rolling countryside that overlooks a rustic townscape to the distance, all of which is rendered in autumnal tones. Fine detail resembling grass has been scraped from the surface. To the lower right corner of the composition is an artist signature. The painted paper is mounted on a wooden panel, which is presented in a gold tone wooden frame featuring moulded ribbed patterning to the surface and hanging wire to the verso.
