A Nordic Track Elite Skier workout machine. Featured here is an exercise machine with pneumatic touch control elevation adjustment for both raising and lowering the machine. It has a covered flywheel and on the fly controls. The lower elevations provide natural resistance while the higher elevations work the quadriceps more intensely. Calibrated upper and lower resistance settings and readouts allow you to accurately measure and vary, the force you are using to pull the arm exerciser and push the skis. Equipment features include contoured ski grips, adjustable Nortex hip pad, handlebar support, polished brass accents, round tipped skis, walnut and aluminum construction, pneumatically controlled elevation adjustment, hand rubbed Danish oil finish, calibrated upper and lower body resistance settings, wheels for ease of movement, and high quality foot pads.
