A bronze cat figurine. The sleek smooth surface rendering of this cat depicts a cat sitting upright, looking straight ahead, with its tail curled in front of its front feet. The facial features and the shape of the head resemble the Siamese breed. The work rests on a round black pedestal, which has protective felt at the base. Marked in the surface at the cat’s left rear is a copyright mark and ‘DeWitt’.
