An original oil painting on linen titled Ready For Shrimpin’ by Cincinnati artist Barbara Chenault, circa 2015. Chenault is known for her use of expressive brushwork and variety of subject matter. Ready For Shrimpin’ features a shrimp boat at the dock preparing for the day’s catch. The painting is signed by the artist in the lower right margin and is housed in a gilded wood composite frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.
