1904 Mounted Horse Hoof Inkwell

Item Details

A circa 1904 mounted horse hoof inkwell. This inkwell features a horse’s hoof with a hollowed out upper interior, creating a brass capped inkwell marked ‘Sally 1904’ to the top. A top brass border, resembling hair, adorns the top of the hoof like a crown and a lower brass horse shoe is mounted to the hoofs lower surface.

- small chip out of hoof surface; minor scrapes and marks to hoof surface.
