An crewel embroidery on linen. This piece depicts two colorful birds perched on magnolia branches. It is presented behind a double mat and glass in a wood veneer frame that is wired for hanging. The piece has no maker’s mark.
Condition
- nicks and scratches to frame; 3" scratch through to wood at lower right side; chipping at corners and along lower edge; five drilled holes along top of frame.
