A group of 1893 Columbian Exposition collectibles includes the two-volume set of Book of the Fair, and Illustrated Portfolio pamphlet, and a commemorative glass bell. Published in 1893 by Hubert H. Bancroft the two large volumes cover a wealth of material presented at this historically significant fair which was held in Chicago, Illinois to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus’s arrival in the New World.
Condition
Minor markings and yellowing of paper due to age. All materials have been well protected.
