An Allen Ulmer oil painting on canvas of a lighthouse. This painting depicts a calm, sandy shore with waves rolling in before a cloudy sky and a lone lighthouse surrounded by a cluster of houses to the background. To the lower left corner of the composition is the artist signature. The painting is presented in a gold tone wooden frame featuring carved motifs to the surface and a linen inlay border. To the verso is affixed hanging wire.

- several areas of worn frame finish; painting would benefit from a cleaning; minor staining to cloth mat.
