An early 20th-century lithographic map on paper depicting the German Empire (1871-1918). The map is labeled ‘German Empire, West Sheet’ to the top left. Areas depicted include the North Sea, Schleswig-Holstein, Hanover, Westphalia, Bavaria and more. The map is presented unframed, mounted to backing board with plastic wrap.
Condition
- rip to right middle of map; horizontal crease to center of map; smudge to paper at bottom right; map is presented unframed, mounted to backing board with plastic wrap; smudges to backing board; writing in graphite to lower right of map; Highland Home Original Maps sticker affixed to backing of plastic wrap.
