Antique Doulton Burslem Ewer

Item Details

An antique Doulton Burslem ewer. The china or porcelain pitcher features an up-pointing spout, with a wide, rounded body. The body of the pitcher is decorated with a textured portion in maroon with gold flowers, and with an ivory background with sprigs of roses above. The handle, neck and spout are embellished with gold luster over black. The underside is marked ‘Doulton Burslem US Patent 314.002’, and has a hand-painted mark ‘YC B341’.
