Vintage Linden German-Made Chiming Mantel Clock
Item Details
A vintage German-made chiming mantel clock. The clock has a square case topped with a brass handle, with a molded pedestal base and short molded feet. The glass front door opens to the dial, which is brass tone around the outside, with a white dial that has black Roman numerals and black pierced hands. There are settings on the front for setting three different chime sounds or for silent. The dial is marked ‘Linden Triple Chime’ and ‘West-Germany’. The back of the case is also stamped ‘Germany’. The brass clock workings are accessed through a back panel, and the brass backing is marked ‘69 – 1050-020 – Cuckoo Clock Mrg. Co. Inc. – Two (2) Jewels Unadjusted – Germany’. Includes a clock key.
