Collection of Vintage Japanese Hand-Painted Nippon Dishes
Item Details
A collection of vintage hand-painted Japanese porcelain tableware and other chinaware. Included is a pair of small, footed round bowls decorated with floral and geometric patterns, with raised enamel and gold luster embellishments. A leaf shaped dish has a looped stem-like handle at the top, and is decorated inside with pink and yellow flowers. A rounded, shell-shaped vanity bowl has pink roses painted on the interior, and it comes with a small pitcher and covered box, which fit into the side of the bowl. A small heart-shaped painted porcelain trinket box has geometric and floral patterns painted on the outside, with gold luster accents. A square bowl has handles on two sides, and is painted with floral circular patterns to the inside, and is embellished with gold luster accents. All of the pieces are marked ‘Nippon’ or ‘Hand Painted Nippon’.

- heart shaped trinket box may be missing lid; has stains/discoloration inside; appears to have hairline crack
