An oil painting on academy board by Karen Fitzgerald Buckley. This work depicts mermaids climbing up the posts to a building on a dock, in hot air balloons and sailboats, with text around a blue border that reads ‘by land, by air, by sea they come To gather in Naples For lots of fun’. The piece is signed to the lower right corner. It is presented in a gold tone wooden frame with a wire to the verso ready to hang.
