Mid-Century Symphonic Portable 45 rpm Record Player
Item Details
A circa 1950s Symphonic portable 45 rpm record player, model 1247. This stylish period design features a rectangular soft brown textured barrel shape case with generously rounded corners and inset hinged lid in accenting soft yellow color to access the player within. The Symphonic nameplate is on the inside of the hinged lid that has a buckle closure. The coordinating soft yellow needle arm is secured by a clip. Player is a standard RP190 with lung tube amp and 5’ round speaker to the side (top) where the leather carry strap is attached matching the color and texture of the casing. The grille is decorated with a speckle/splatter effect in brown to match the color scheme of the player.
Condition
- to Fair with condition consistent for age and use; marks and wear typical of use. Did not power on.
