It is marked to bottom ‘W&S Blackinton Silver Plate Since 1865 122’ and sticker ‘Silver Plate on This Piece is Unconditionally Guaranteed for the life of the article since 1865’. Includes a cut crystal insert. Has an asymmetrical handle to top. Circa 1950s.

- to fair. Some wear to plate, could use cleaning.
