Civil War Letters from Soldiers to Home

Several letters from Civil War Soldiers to home. One from June 1863 written by F.E. Woods from Camp West, Near Williamsburg, to his mother and sister. He talks of battles and a drummer that his regiment has, and he expresses his hope that they ‘may capture Richmond’ Another from Camp Convalescent Alexandria, Nov 11, 1862 Dear Wife, talking about the battles, his illnesses and possible discharge, Another letter dated June 24th, 1863 from Camp of the 101 JV, starts out My Dear Wife and talks about a brigade and the rebels, and lastly, one dated Aug 2nd 1862 and starts out Dear Ma, and he too speaks of battles and conditions. The back of this letter looks like he wrote over top of his original letter in a different direction.
Condition
Most in condition in accordance with age, fold and crease marks throughout, and age and water marks. The last letter, which starts out “Dear Ma” is not in quite as good of condition. It has quite a bit of foxing on the paper, along with crease marks but is intact.
