Pueblo and Hopi Native American Pottery Including Vernida Polacca Nampeyo

A collection of Pueblo and Hopi Native American pottery from New Mexico and Arizona. Featured is a small tan pot by listed Hopi-Tewa artist Vernida Polacca Nampeyo (born 1955). It features painted accents in deep red and dark brown and is signed in marker to the underside. Also featured is a black pottery piece by Pueblo artist Roberto Bañuelos; it features bird and geometric designs to the sides and is signed with an incised mark to the underside. Also included is a larger painted piece by Acoma Pueblo artist Marie S. Juanico (born 1937). It features geometric, floral and bird patterns in brown, orange, grey, coral and black against a background of cream; the piece is signed in black pen to the underside.

- faint surface markings; items would benefit from dusting.
