A Johnson Bros. China set in the pattern, ‘Devonshire’. This China set offers thirty-six pieces including an oval platter and serving bowl. This set also offers seven dinner plates, seven dessert plates, four small bowls, six teacups, eight saucers, and a sugar and creamer set. This China features geometric and scroll patterns in brown hues with colorful floral motifs, with small scalloped edges. The bottoms of the pieces are marked ‘Devonshire, Johnson Bros. England, number 118579’.
Condition
to fair, condition is consistent with age and shows signs of staining, wear, and crazing. Small chips may be present to some pieces.
