An oil painting on canvas of a pastoral landscape, titled Brown County, Ind. by Indiana artist Ann Varner. This textured piece depicts a red building against a scattered background of trees, the low horizon filled with gray clouds. The work is signed ‘Varner’ to the lower right corner, and includes an artist biography and pencil notation with the title and materials to the verso. It is presented in a wood frame with a textile liner a wire for hanging.
