A pair of original signed monotypes on wove paper with foil accents by contemporary Filipino-American artist Marcelino Rodriguez (born 1946). The prints depict abstracted landscapes composed of angular shapes in shades of blue, purple, gray, and white with burgundy wispy accent lines. Patches of silver foil and copper foil add layers of sheen and intrigue to the compositions. The prints are both signed in pencil to the lower right and are numbered ‘1/1’ in pencil to the lower left. They are matted in white linen and presented behind glass in natural stained wooden frames with hanging wires attached to the verso.
