Mid 19th Century Twelve-Tin Pie Safe
Item Details
A mid 19th century twelve-tin pie safe. The wooden, cherry-stained case features a rectangular top with a three-quarter gallery above two aligned, hand-dovetailed drawers with beveled fronts and turned knobs. Directly below is a pair of three-tin doors with a wooden latch opening to a three-shelf interior. The side panels are also fitted with punched tin panels, depicting circles and dots on the top two, and a stylized basket on the bottom tin. The pie safe rests on short, turned legs.

- Please be advised, furniture items must be picked up and removed by winning bidder during the scheduled pick-up time on pick-up day. A moving charge will be incurred by winning bidders for any items not picked up. If winning bidder chooses to not have the item moved for alternate pick-up, the winning bidder will incur a disposal fee to have the item removed.
