An antique oil on canvas painting by listed artist William P. Cartwright (British, 1855-1915) titled Pandy Mill. The painting depicts a highly detailed landscape scene of a water mill. The piece is signed to the lower right and marked to the ‘Pandy Mill, North Wales, W.P. Cartwright 1892.’ The canvas is displayed in natural tone frame with a hanging wire to the reverse.
Condition
- minor chipping and scratching to frame; cracking to joints of frame; frame’s paper backing has been torn; writing to verso of canvas.
