The back is inscribed with ‘’A Giant Stride For Mankind..’ Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Commemorating the W. Clement Stone Pavilion and the First Moon Landing 1969, 481’. The bottom of the pin is hallmarked ‘Tiffany & Co. 14K’ and weighs approximately 9.90 dwt.
