A signed limited edition lithograph on paper of an Abstract Expressionist composition by Modern Spanish-American artist Esteban Vicente (1903-2001). This work features two large color blobs rendered in dark green and black. The work is signed by hand in graphite to the lower right, and numbered 26 out of an edition of 30 to the lower left. It is presented under glass with off-white matting in a silver-tone metal frame. A descriptive label from The Hudson River Museum is present to the verso.

Esteban Vicente was a celebrated Modern artist known for his assemblages and Abstract Expressionist color field compositions. He studied in Madrid at the Real Academia de Bellas Artes, then moved to New York City in 1936, where he developed relationships with renowned Abstract Expressionist artists. His work has been collected and displayed by numerous art institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, among many others.

- stains throughout mat, particularly along lower edge; smudges and spots of residue on glass; minor scratches and stains throughout frame; frame is loose and needs securing.
