Christofle "Libellule" Silver Plated Vase
Item Details
A Christofle Libellule silver plated vase. The re-edition vase has an oval opening, tapered shape and oval base. It features a foliate and dragonfly design to the top with the wingspan of the dragonfly extending out from the shoulders of the vase. This vase was inspired from the company’s floral and fauna designs, originating in the 1890s and this form was first presented at the 1889 Universal Exhibition. It is marked to the underside and includes the original presentation box.
