Kuempel Grandfather Clock

A fine Kuempel grandfather clock with eight tubes. Grandfather clock features a rich toned finish to nice wood casing, glass panels to three sides with beveling to main panel at front, a nice gold and silver toned metal face, a handpainted rotating mood dial, reeded column detail to sides, and bracket feet. Eight tubes, three weights and pendulum are a wonderful focal point on the piece with their bright brassy finish. Marked ’ A Kuempel Original by the Kuempel Chime Clock Works Excelsior Minn 55331 USA Design Registered 1956’. At top there is a choice for style of chimes of ‘Silent’, ‘Westm’, ‘StMich’, and ‘Whitt’.

Condition

Untested. Body shows slight wear consistent with age and use.
