1902 Library of Oratory Book Set

A set of fourteen antique books in the Library of Oratory series. The entire series is fifteen, but this set is missing one volume. The books are a collection of speeches and writings by noted men in history such as Alexander Hamilton, Winston Churchill, John C. Calhoun, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Mark Twain, Abraham Lincoln and many more. All are hardbound in red fabric with gold writing and all circa 1902. The series was edited by Chauncey M. Depew, LL.D, US Senator from the state of New York and published by A.L. Fowle, New York.
