Item Details
A vintage travel suitcase filled with maps and vintage postcards. The vintage Samsonite suitcase is made of brown faux leather, with a hard plastic handle and brass tone hardware. It has a brass logo tag marked ‘Shwayder Bros Inc.- Samsonite – Denver, Colorado’ and another brass tag with the initials ‘DGM’. The suitcase contains a large collection of hundreds of postcards, maps and ephemera.
Condition
- postcards are in used and new condition; some writing on postcards, creases or light tears/stains
- suitcase has a crack, wear, scuffs, oxidation; stains in areas; no key for suitcase lock
